Every package includes full usage rights with no restrictions—yours to share, post, and promote freely.

1. Highlight - $1500/$2000​

✅ Capture the essence of your event with a quick, high-energy recap — perfect for social media and promotional use. Focuses on wide and medium shots for a fast, impactful edit.

What’s included:

• 60–90 second recap video set to music (no live audio or interviews)

• Shot primarily with 20mm and 40mm focals for wide & medium coverage

• Fast turnaround: delivered within 7 days of the event

• Revision policy: revisions requested within 5 days of delivery are included; revisions after 5 days incur time-based editing fees

No raw video footage or additional video requests included.

2. Spotlight - $3000

✅ A polished, engaging recap for mid-sized events, galas, or workshops — telling a fuller story with visual variety.

What’s included:

• 2-3 minute recap video with music and ambient event audio

• Customer interview videos (delivered straight from camera)

• Shot with a wider selection of lenses for creative flexibility

• Ambient audio and optional interview snippets

• Branded intro/outro graphics incorporated into the beginning and end of the video

• Fast turnaround: delivered within 7 days of the event

• Revision policy: revisions requested within 7 days of delivery are included; revisions after 7 days incur time-based editing fees​

Upon request, we can include all raw video on customer provided SSD hard drive (must be notified prior to event to shoot in a format that is readable without special software. If notified post event, footage must be processed and will incur an additional fee of $1000)

3. Showstopper - $5000

What’s included:

• 3–4 minute cinematic recap video with music, ambient audio, and optional interviews

• Customer interview videos (delivered straight from camera)

• Full lens selection for complete creative flexibility

• Full-day coverage with two videographers or on-site editing option

• Close-ups, audience reactions, speeches, and event-defining moments

• Drone footage (if permitted)

• Professional audio capture, licensed music, and dynamic graphics

• Fast turnaround: delivered within 7 days

• Revision policy: revisions requested within 14 days of delivery are included; revisions after 14 days incur time-based editing fees
